Conditions of booking

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit and the tariffs according to season. A deposit is required to confirm booking. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the person whose signature appears on the booking form will be liable to pay for the cost of the deposit as per the reservation.

Settlement of accounts: if you wish to pay the balance by cheque, please remit at least 7 working days prior to your arrival for it to clear through the banks. Otherwise, cash must be paid on arrival.

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure - unless agreed otherwise.

Only paying guests of the Sheron House are allowed on the premises unless an agreement is made with the proprietors beforehand.

Whilst we hope you enjoy your stay, it is a term of condition that guests conduct themselves in a fair and reasonable manner. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part of the contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.
