BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please check that all the details on the confirmation form meet with your requirements. Acceptance of this confirmation implies that your approval of Sheron Guest House, its facilities and services and the terms shown constitute a contract thereon.
We require 1st night stay as deposit to secure room.
This deposit is non - refundable.
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following policy applies. More than 2 days prior to arrival - loss of deposit only. Less than 2 days prior to arrival - Sheron Guest House reserves the right to cancellation charges up to 100% of the total cost of the booking. Cancellation fee may apply.
If you fail to take up the accommodation by the time stated, without prior engagement/notice to Sheron House, then the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Sheron Guest House also reserve the right to cancellation charges up to 100% . Cancellation fee may apply.
Please note any damage made to Sheron House will be charged.
Proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property, it is the guests responsibility to safeguard their own property at all times.
Sheron House reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person cause any detriment to the well being of any others and/or proprietors of Sheron House.
Visitors other than paying guests are not allowed to enter Sheron House without the proprietors knowledge/consent.
Allowances cannot be made for meals not taken, nor for temporary absence, late arrival or premature departure. Please don’t eat food in bedrooms. You are welcome to use the dining facilities.
Sheron House is a non-smoking establishment, anyone found smoking in the bedrooms will be asked to leave, no refund will be given.
Lost Keys are charged at £20 per set.
You will have access to Sheron Guest House from 2.pm on the date of arrival and must vacate by 10.00am on the date of departure, unless alternate times are agreed by prior arrangement.
Should you be delayed on your journey and not be arriving at the time intended we would ask you to please telephone and advise us accordingly.
We recommend you take out holiday insurance
These conditions apply to all bookings whether made in writing, verbally or online.
