Booking Terms

All accommodation is subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable rate according to the season.The person who books the accommodation [referred to as the Lead Customer] whose signature appears on the booking form or who has made the booking by way of telephone or internet is the person who has entered into the Contract with The Sheron Guest House and its Proprietors.A minimum deposit of £20 of the total booking charge is required in advance. Please note there is a 1.5% charge per debit/credit charge transaction. No allowance can me made for meals not taken or premature departures. Rooms will be ready for occupancy from 2pm and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Failure to vacate room by 10am will incur a £10 hourly charge. The proprietors cannot be responsible for loss of guests property. The proprietor reserves the right to amend,curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of the contract cause any detriment to the well being or the comfort of the guests and/or staff, or who causes damage to the guest house and its fixtures and fittings. Any damage or costs that occur because of such behaviour will be recovered from the Lead Customer, who agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the debit/credit card if supplied to pay the deposit, without any further permission being required this includes any legal expences incurred by the proprietor as a result of guest actions. Loss of keys will incur a minimum charge of £10. All bedrooms and their en-suites are non smoking areas,if found otherwise, additional charges for cleaning and damages, at the discretion of the proprietors, will be recovered from the Lead Customer, who agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the debit/credit card, if supplied to pay the deposit, without any further permission required. Deposits are non refundable. In the event of cancellation up to seven days of the reservation or not turning up, the Lead customer will be liable to pay the total cost as per the reservation and furthermore agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the debit/credit card if supplied to pay the deposit without any further permission required. Lost keys are charged at £15 per set which the Lead customer agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the debit/credit card if supplied to pay the deposit, without any further permission being required. Accounts must be paid on arrival by cash debit/credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Switch. Payments of accounts made by cheque will only be accepted at least 7 days prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel group bookings as we deem necessary (specifically where a group of three rooms are booked).
